2011 NYC flyer
Cut & Paste is a global design competition where designers compete head-to-head, wacom-to-wacom in 15 minutes to fulfill a design brief in front of a live audience. After competing at the Sydney event in 2007 (and winning the audience prize), I was asked to create the flyer for the 2011 New York event.
For the flyer I used an image I had taken from the 47th floor of an office building that overlooks the partially reconstructed World Trade Center site. By using this image I wanted to convey the notion that New York exists in a constant state of flux, a forever changing collage of cultures, images and ideas.
